DUTIES:
- Guide the Finance Business Management (FBM) processes and manage end-to-end SAP technical configuration for the SAP FI/CO modules. Responsible for delivery and governance of SAP Financial applications and reporting: FI-General Ledger, Controlling: CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PA).
- Responsible for the continuity of the company’s internal Finance applications by leading the functional design and providing guidance to a global team of 6-8 functional resources (a combination of employees and contractors) for the Finance Business Management (FBM) processes, while managing end-to-end SAP technical configuration for the SAP FI/CO modules.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert in the SAP FI/CO modules of SAP, responsible for creating ERP FBM solutions to support our Company's Human Health business.
- Monitor the integration of processes across the organization.
- Visualize end-to-end integrated business processes and impacts across key areas such as Financial Business Management, Order to Cash, Source to Settle, Supply Chain Management, Tax, and Financial Supply Chain.
- Reporting to the Global Financial Business Management Director, oversee SAP configuration changes to ensure developments align with business requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Enforce change control processes and methodologies to minimize system disruptions and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to prioritize and work independently on the delivery of SAP enhancements and new functionalities.
- Be relied on to collaborate closely with Business Process Stewards, Global Enterprise IT/ERP Operations functional and technical leads to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Work closely with Value team to prioritize and provide insights and recommendations on leveraging SAP capabilities to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- 10% domestic and international travel required.

SALARY: $142,400 - $224,100/year
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related. The company will accept a 3-years bachelor’s degree in the above mentioned fields plus one (1) year of work experience as being equivalent to a US bachelor’s degree.
- Must have 3 years of experience with all of the following:
- Delivering SAP FI/CO modules of SAP;
- Working with SAP Project Systems (PS);
- SAP delivery team leadership experience;
- Understanding internal customer business challenges, helps resolve issues and communicates the resolution effectively, both verbally and in writing;
- Experience with cross-functional business processes.

The salary range for this role is
$142,400.00 - $224,100.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
