Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading telecommunications infrastructure company in their search for a Senior Telecom Operations Engineer based in General Santos City (GenSan).
Salary Range: up to ₱60,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Flexible time, on-call)

The role
We are looking for a Senior Telecom Operations Engineer to manage and maintain telecom tower sites across Mindanao. The role covers field operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and site performance.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in telecom infrastructure, power systems, rectifiers, generators, and AC/DC wiring and can work independently with minimal training.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, maintenance, and fault resolution of assigned tower sites.
- Monitor outages and ensure timely restoration and corrective actions.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor equipment and asset health.
- Verify PM/CM activities and ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure availability of critical spare parts.
- Handle customer concerns and prepare operational and maintenance reports.
- Implement site safety, security, and risk-mitigation measures.
- Guide and support field teams on technical and operational best practices.
- Perform other field and operational duties as required.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related engineering field.
- 3–5 years of experience in telecom, tower operations, or field maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, power systems, rectifiers, generators, and AC/DC wiring.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple sites and coordinating vendors.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a high-responsibility and on-call environment.
- Based in Mindanao, preferably General Santos City (GenSan), or willing to relocate.
