What You'll Do
As a Front Desk team member, you will help create a great experience from the moment customers walk through the door.
You will:
- Greet and check in customers
- Answer phones and customer questions
- Help guests with reservations and bookings
- Explain our laser tag games, equipment, and rules
- Help organize groups and birthday parties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist the team with keeping the facility organized and ready for guests
Who We're Looking For This is a great entry level part time job for high school and college students.
You should be:
- Friendly and outgoing
- Comfortable talking to customers
- Confident answering phones
- Reliable and on time
- Able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable in a busy, high energy environment
- Available to work weekends
Customer service experience is great, but no experience is required. We can train the right person.
