- Update statutory registers
- Data entry into systems
- Folder reorganisation
- Supporting schedules for audit purposes
- Update capital call & distribution trackers
- Prepare basic reconciliations
- Support audit requests by Extracting and compiling documents
- Minutes (first draft) using templates
- Assist in preparing board packs
- Support company filings tracking (ROC/FSC)
- Support internal compliance reporting trackers
- Data clean-up exercises
- System migration validation
- Wire preparation
- Bank account opening
- Simple regulatory surveys
- General corporate administration tasks
