We are a fast-paced, growing PPO and fee-for-service private practice that offers the best in dentistry for our area. Compensation: $35-40 per hour, based on experience

- Lead and support all dental assistants and sterilization team members
- Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new clinical team members
- Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA requirements
- Serve as a resource for clinical questions, workflows, and patient care issues
- Promote a positive, collaborative culture among the clinical team
- Other duties as assigned
- Active RDA License
- 3+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience is required
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend software
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols
