Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Technical Proficiency:

• Candidates must have:
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to navigate the internet and utilize online communication tools (e.g., email, video conferencing platforms)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-control records.
• Screen incoming personnel, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures, escalating unauthorized-access concerns and irregular conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
