Duties, Responsibilities & Other
We are seeking a Senior Project Assistant to support our Data Center and Energy development team. This role plays a key part in managing contracts, setting up projects, maintaining salary and staffing rosters, and ensuring all project details stay aligned from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new opportunities
- Project setup & tracking
- Set up new projects, budgets, and task codes
- Maintain accurate project information and support updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Organize, track, and assist with managing contracts, amendments, and subconsultant agreements
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and approval requirements
- Maintain salary and staffing rosters to support Project Manager visibility
- Assist with tracking project budgets, expenditures, and invoice support materials
- Prepare reports, schedules, and project updates
- Prepare meeting minutes, follow ups and task trackers
- Management of direct assistant program assistant report
- Guidance and training of staff member
- Coordinate internal communication and help keep project tasks moving forward
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Program Management and Project Managers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience
- High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
