Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator

And we’re looking for a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Outreach & Communication: Cold and warm calls to truckers, plus handling inbound/outbound phone, SMS, and email. You'll introduce and explain the dispatch service and do repetitive follow-ups with truckers and brokers.

• Dispatch & Coordination: Monitor dashboards for freight/load opportunities, coordinate and match loads with truckers, and contact brokers to negotiate rates on behalf of the truckers.

• Scheduling & Tracking: Schedule pickups and deliveries (ensuring window accuracy), track driver availability/location/preferred lanes, and manage multiple drivers simultaneously.

• System Management: Maintain and update CRM/tracking systems, operate internal AI/copilot dispatch tools, use automation tools (while maintaining human oversight), and keep communication records updated.

Qualifications:

• Strong/native-level English fluency

• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure for time-sensitive operations

• Tech-comfortable and highly adaptable to rapidly evolving tools and workflows.

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to read between the lines during conversations.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱48,000/mo
