Head of Ericsson Supply Hub Pune

## About This Opportunity:

We are looking for a senior supply chain leader to Head our Ericsson Supply Hub (ESH) in Pune — a critical supply operation serving the customers of Ericsson. You will develop and drive the Supply Strategy, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient delivery to customers while overseeing a Large inventory and managing significant assets in the hub. You will champion digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement for the hub operation — all while upholding the Ericsson Leadership Framework and our values.This role will be responsible for full legal, financial, and people (company culture, compliance & OHS) responsibility for the Pune hub — a 100-200 persons site comprising Ericsson employees and 3rd party workforce.

The team's mission is to fulfill supply delivery to customers in India with quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings senior site leadership experience, a passion for transformation, and the ability to thrive in and engage in a multicultural organization. You will be expected to drive the site into the new era of digitalization and AI, develop your team's capabilities and represent Supply at the senior leadership level.

What You Will Do :

• Act as an entrepreneur to run the end-to-end hub operations.
• Build high-performing teams and ensure Business Continuity.
• Implement and enforce the Ericsson Supply Strategy across the units.
• Manage logistics partnerships and drive third-party performance above Service level agreement.
• Drive delivery execution towards customer satisfaction Own the Balanced Scorecard; manage and mitigate risks proactively.
• Lead a lean & agile supply execution aligned to the Ericsson Supply Model.
• Spearhead the site's transformation into digitalization and automation by using Ericsson tools (SAP, IBP etc) to adopt next-generation, AI-enabled supply chain capabilitiesRepresent Supply in senior internal and external stakeholder engagements.

The Skills You Bring:

• Senior leadership with a proven track record in site management and large-scale transformation
• Deep knowledge of lean supply chain, especially in the ICT / Teleco or Electronics industry
• Strong third-party and logistics vendor management capability
• Change and Improvement Management
• Hands-on experience with supply chain tools: SAP, IBP, Professional AI tools etcProject Sponsorship & Management
• Occupational Health, Safety & Environment
• Supply Chain Network & OptimizationLean and Agile Methodologies
