Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee digital transformation, technology implementation, PMO, operational improvement, and business transformation engagements, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects and programs across multiple industries and client environments.
• Develop, manage, and govern end-to-end project delivery plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, governance frameworks, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Direct all phases of project and program execution, including planning, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-implementation support, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
• Translate business objectives, operational requirements, and technology needs into actionable delivery roadmaps and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment between client goals, project execution, and organizational priorities.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations while implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Apply and promote Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies as appropriate while monitoring delivery performance through financial metrics, project milestones, resource utilization, operational KPIs, and overall engagement health indicators.
• Mentor, coach, and develop consultants and delivery professionals within the Digital Advisory practice, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and high-performance execution across global delivery teams.
• Partner with Digital Advisory leadership across the US and India to support team growth, delivery coordination, talent development, operational alignment, and the establishment of consistent delivery standards, governance processes, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
• Drive delivery model innovation and operational excellence initiatives by modernizing methodologies, frameworks, and operating models; identifying opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, quality, consistency, and overall client experience; and developing reusable assets, best practices, and governance standards.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the Digital Advisory practice through thought leadership, business development support, proposal development, solution design, strategic planning initiatives, and the cultivation of strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading complex business transformation, technology delivery, PMO, or consulting engagements
• Significant experience leading enterprise-scale digital, operational, or technology transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated experience improving delivery models, operational processes, governance frameworks, and organizational effectiveness
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders
• Experience operating within consulting, professional services, or large matrixed organizations preferred
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery methodologies, and modern product/project delivery practices
• Experience with enterprise delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve delivery effectiveness preferred. PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or related certifications preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution. Proven experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
