Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust production pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer actively works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models as part of comprehensive solutions, and may also engage in developing deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing functionalities. Collaboration and innovation are key aspects throughout the day to ensure high-quality, scalable AI-driven products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that align with project goals and organizational standards.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI components within larger systems.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI models using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- In-depth understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Hands-on expertise with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design and implement production-ready AI pipelines ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
