• Partner with business, technology, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle of AI and data solutions.
• Influence strategic decisions by integrating risk considerations early in the planning, design, and implementation of new capabilities.
• Lead the development and execution of governance frameworks that promote responsible AI adoption, sound data management practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Enable innovation by helping teams navigate complex regulatory, policy, and governance requirements while maintaining business momentum and delivery objectives.
• Assume ownership of key governance and oversight responsibilities supporting the Data & AI Management organization.
• Lead and develop a team of embedded risk professionals responsible for monitoring, assessing, and reporting on business risk exposure.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on AI governance, emerging technology risks, data strategy, and evolving regulatory expectations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management while supporting business growth and transformation.
