Core Responsibilities:

  • Operations and Maintenance – serve as main point of contact for all building and facilities activities
  • Occupant services – Ensuring the office is stocked with various supplies, as well as continuously evaluating services to improve the employee experience in the workplace, including light upkeep around the office, shipping/receiving of packages, and onboarding/offboarding employees.

  • Utility management – Overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
  • Space coordination – Ensuring our employees are getting the most out of our space, coordinating seat assignments, etc.
  • Resource management – Managing office and hospitality supply inventory and replacement procurement, and processing workplace office supply and vendor invoices.
  • Risk Management – Serving as site lead for all environmental health and safety, security, and emergency management efforts.

Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience:

Competencies:

  • Self-driven but collaborative approach that builds interpersonal networks and is able to influence.
  • Curious mindset that proactively identifies areas of innovation and opportunity to contribute to the firm.
