Summary:
As an IT Customer Service Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires managing incidents, investigating issues, and ensuring timely restoration of services to minimize downtime. The position demands continuous monitoring and coordination with various teams to maintain system reliability and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
- Document and communicate incident resolutions and service restoration processes.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience in managing and optimizing data storage and retrieval processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and system performance.
- Familiarity with SQL and data query optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
