About the Role
As an IT Graduate, you will work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Software Engineers to understand business needs, translate them into requirements and support the delivery of solutions that improve sales effectiveness and store execution.
This role offers a strong foundation for a future career in Business Analysis, Product Management and Digital Transformation while working in a collaborative international environment.
What You Will Do
Business Analysis: Learn Retail Execution processes and analyze business requirements to support effective digital solutions.
Requirements Management: Capture, document and refine requirements, decisions and key discussion points from stakeholder workshops and refinement sessions.
Solution Development: Create and improve user stories and acceptance criteria using modern AI-enabled tools and established business analysis practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and Software Engineers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
Testing & Validation: Support solution testing, validation activities and quality assurance before deployment.
User Enablement: Develop training materials and assist business users during solution adoption and change activities.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing enhancements that improve sales effectiveness, user experience and business value.
Who You Are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
Early-career experience gained through studies, internships, projects or previous roles.
Experience with CRM, Sales or Retail Execution processes is a plus, but not required.
Interested in understanding how businesses operate and create value.
Analytical and structured, with excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills and a strong willingness to learn.
Fluent in English.
