What You'll Do
- Develop new business throughout your assigned territory
- Grow existing customer relationships while aggressively pursuing new accounts
- Call on Executive Chefs, Food & Beverage Directors, Purchasing Managers and restaurant owners
- Sell premium Center of the Plate proteins including beef, pork and specialty products
- Become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their operation and solving problems
- Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure exceptional customer service
- Travel locally throughout your territory with occasional trips to company headquarters for training
Who We're Looking For
We're less concerned with where you've sold and more interested in who you've sold to.
You might come from:
- Premium meat or protein sales
- Center of the Plate sales
- Foodservice distribution
- Specialty food sales
- Premium seafood
- Hospitality foodservice
- Contract foodservice
- Executive chef or culinary leadership looking to transition into sales
- High-end restaurant supply
You'll be successful if you have experience calling on customers such as:
- White tablecloth restaurants
- Steakhouses
- Luxury hotels
- Country clubs
- Healthcare systems

- Fine dining
- Hospitality groups
