RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Kunststoffspritzerei, Technikum und Arbeitsvorbereitung

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Produktionszielen, sowie Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

• Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktivität, Kosten und Lieferfähigkeit

• Organisation, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Kunststoffspritzgussfertigung

• Planung und Steuerung der Prozessentwicklung sowie Einführung neuer Fertigungstechnologien im Technikum

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsnetzwerks Kunststofftechnik

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technische Ausbildung (idealerweise Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d)) mit Weiterbildung als Meister / Techniker (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

• Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und Teams

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Kunststoffspritzgussbereich sowie in der Prozessoptimierung und Werkzeugbemusterung

• Methodische Arbeitsweise, unternehmerisches und nachhaltiges Denken

• Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
