Responsibilities:
Execute DOT-compliant maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across the entire vehicle and equipment fleet.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to maximize fleet reliability and operational performance.
Troubleshoot and repair critical vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, DEF/emissions systems, and HVAC.
Utilize OEM diagnostic software to rapidly identify issues and streamline repairs.
Uphold strict safety, organization, and cleanliness standards across the shop.
Qualifications:
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
Strong communication skills with basic computer proficiency.
Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a track record of reliable attendance.
Proven ability to interpret and execute technical directions accurately.
Physical Requirements: Capable of standing and walking for extended periods; regularly lifting up to 50 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
