For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- +6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs and working with Agile engineering teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and manage client expectations.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital products, or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in French (B2 Level) and English (B2 Level).
- Availability for hybrid work (2x/week) in Lisbon or Porto (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
