About the Team
Our Retail team curates the largest collection of Guinness merchandise in the world. Located within a unique flagship shopping destination, the team creates exceptional experiences for visitors through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising and passion for the Guinness brand.
About the Role
As a Retail Storehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in creating memorable visitor experiences within our flagship retail store. You'll act as a proud ambassador for Guinness, providing exceptional customer service while supporting a dynamic retail operation that welcomes guests from around the world.
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for visitors throughout their Storehouse journey.
- Acting as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the Guinness brand and products.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining excellent cash-handling standards and compliance with company procedures.
- Supporting operational excellence across guest-facing areas within a high-volume visitor environment.
- Replenishing stock, maintaining visual merchandising standards and supporting stock accuracy through regular stock management activities.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on providing a world-class visitor experience.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to build expertise across different areas of the retail operation.

Experience / Skills Required
We'd love to work with you if you have:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, tourism or another customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with an international audience.
