About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Analytics to lead the analytical backbone of our revenue data. You will turn acquisition, upsell, churn and downsell data into clear, actionable insight that shapes how we plan, forecast, and grow revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set technical direction, mentor and grow analysts at all levels, and partner closely with cross-functional leadership to ensure the data meets business needs for accuracy, timeliness, and scalability. This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves solving ambiguous business problems with data and can move fluidly between deep analysis and executive-level storytelling.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end reporting and analytics for revenue data across all product areas
Lead the design and maintenance of core revenue data reporting used in monthly/quarterly business reviews
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across GTM motions and proactively surface findings to leadership before they're asked for
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Accounting leaders to report, build dashboards, and translate data into decisions
Build and scale self-serve analytics infrastructure (dashboards, data models, reporting standards) so stakeholders can answer their own questions
Partner with Data Engineering/BI teams to ensure GTM data (CRM, marketing automation, product usage, billing) is clean, well-modeled, and trustworthy
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts spanning junior to senior levels, including hiring and performance management
Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership, including QBRs, earnings and board-level reporting support
What We're Looking For
Required:
7+ years of experience in revenue analytics, GTM strategy, Sales/business operations, or a related analytical function; SaaS or subscription business experience strongly preferred
2+ years of experience managing or mentoring analysts, or demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional analytical initiatives
Strong SQL skills and large-scale data processing; hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma, or similar)
Deep understanding of SaaS/GTM metrics: acquisition, upsell, churn and downsell, and exit MRR reporting
Experience with revenue recognition, billing systems, or subscription/SaaS revenue data
Proven ability to translate complex data into a clear narrative for non-technical, executive audiences
Comfort operating in ambiguity — able to structure a vague business question into a rigorous analytical approach
Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to build trust and influence priorities across different functions
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering) preferred; MBA a plus but not required
Preferred:
Experience working with key connected business systems: Marketo, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, and other revenue-adjacent platforms, plus a strong grasp of the underlying data models
Experience with statistical modeling (Python, R) beyond spreadsheet-based approaches
What we offer
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance
Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) and Commuter benefits
401K match and ESPP
Paid time off and paid sick leave
Paid parental and pregnancy leave
Family-forming benefits (IVF, Preservation, Adoption etc.)
Emergency backup care (Child/Adult/Pets)
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24/7
Free legal services that provide legal advice, document creation and estate planning
Employee bonus referral program
Debt refinancing assistance
Employee perks and discounts program
