Summary of the Job:

 

As a Project Coordinator you will be an integral part of a team, facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting the intake, planning and execution of work, and collaborating with the team to continually improve how they work. You will be accountable to help identify and resolve risks and roadblocks that get in the way of the team's success. You will also step in to lead smaller, team-driven projects — keeping work organized, dependencies on track, and meeting milestones.

About This Role:

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Organize intake requests, facilitate conversations and partner with key roles in the creation, reviews and maintaining of a team roadmap and backlog
  • Work with tech and business line owners to develop requirements, define success metrics, manage, and execute
  • Schedule and facilitate work breakdown sessions to build out epics, stories, and plan a timetable for an initiative
  • Ensures accurate and timely updates on execution of the team’s work and accountability to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proactive risk management through risk mitigation, appropriate escalations, driving decision making and issue resolution
  • Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions. Keep the team motivated while promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor the milestones, help to remove roadblocks, to remain on schedule
  • Diligently update Agile tool for documentation of the work
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies appropriate with the team’s make-up and organization maintaining an agile mindset
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills by bringing the team together and leveraging the skills of individual team members
  • Displays ability to shift thinking and adapt to the demands of an evolving situation to solve problems.
  • Monitor practices, team performance, processes, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience managing projects or relevant business experience
  • Strong Agile Mindset with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $69,616.00-$114,867.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
