Based at the main entrance of Brookwood Hospital, this role plays a vital part in directing patient flow, supporting communication throughout the surgical process, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding service and care. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Serve as a welcoming and supportive resource for surgical patients and their families
- Assist with coordinating and directing patient flow throughout the surgical process
- Address patient concerns and help facilitate prompt resolution of service-related issues
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital departments
- Maintain accurate documentation while protecting patient confidentiality
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience
- Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure seamless communication and care

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
