📍 Location: Brookwood Hospital Main Entrance🕐 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM🏥 Department: Patient Services / Surgical Services

Based at the main entrance of Brookwood Hospital, this role plays a vital part in directing patient flow, supporting communication throughout the surgical process, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding service and care. This position is ideal for someone with a friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Serve as a welcoming and supportive resource for surgical patients and their families
• Assist with coordinating and directing patient flow throughout the surgical process
• Address patient concerns and help facilitate prompt resolution of service-related issues
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital departments
• Maintain accurate documentation while protecting patient confidentiality
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience
• Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure seamless communication and care

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
