Job Description
Allied Universal is looking to hire a Global Safety & Systems Manager. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Oversee a team in the design, development, and maintenance of policies, procedures, post orders, system guides, and other reference documentation in partnership with safety and security in alignment with taxonomy and content standards.
· Oversee a team in the design, development, and maintenance training one pagers, slide decks, exercises, and other multimedia products that drive process adoption and improve operational readiness.
· Drive the delivery of new system implementations for Global Safety and Security.
· Gather requirements from stakeholders in the design, development, and maintenance of program and project charters.
· Track, monitor, and report the status of assigned projects, deliverables, and tasks.
· Identify blockers and escalate to applicable stakeholders.
· Schedule and facilitate project meetings and keep minutes.
· Conduct routine audits of documentation, training, and system related products and services.
· Establish strong stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders and maintain alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
· Provide programmatic support to safety and security and other cross functional teams to meet departmental goals and objectives.
· Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for safety and security.
· Conduct routine onboarding and training for safety and security personnel.
· Carry out all other duties as required.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 7 years of experience working within a global security organization.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience with program and project management.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience with document management, change control, and audits.
· Strong knowledge of security industry standards, frameworks, systems, and technology.
· Experience across multiple security disciplines including security operations, investigations, intelligence, executive protection, and emergency management.
· Experience working with Genetec, Everbridge, Ontic, and other threat-based monitoring systems.
· Experience with interacting with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
· Demonstrated leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in security management, Risk Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
Pay:
- $120,000 - $125,000/yr.
