Position Overview
Perimeter Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Fence Installation Superintendent to oversee commercial fence installation projects and lead field operations. This role manages crews, schedules, materials, equipment, safety, quality, and project execution while working closely with Project Managers, clients, general contractors, and Crew Leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors across multiple job sites.
- Review drawings, specifications, takeoffs, and project requirements with Project Managers.
- Lead project kickoffs and daily crew meetings to communicate scope, safety, and production goals.
- Monitor crew productivity, quality, manpower, schedules, and overall project progress.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve field issues to prevent delays and rework.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets drawings, specifications, company standards, and applicable codes.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
- Maintain daily reports, photos, schedules, and other project documentation.
- Communicate field conditions, delays, scope changes, and other issues to Project Managers and Sales.
- Support change orders and monitor labor, materials, equipment, and project costs.
- Recruit, train, coach, and hold field personnel accountable for safety, quality, attendance, and productivity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial fence installation experience.
- 2–3+ years as a Superintendent, Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar supervisor.
- Experience managing multiple crews and commercial fence projects.
- Knowledge of chain link, ornamental, vinyl, and other commercial fencing systems.
- Strong understanding of fence installation, excavation, concrete, post setting, layout, and construction.
- Ability to read drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Class A CDL preferred.
- Ability to travel between job sites and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, squat, climb, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally with assistance as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to operate company vehicles and travel between job sites.
- Must follow all safety requirements and use required PPE.
