ROLE DESCRIPTION

Morgan Sayre - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member on a temporary-to-hire basis. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone; direct calls and visitors to the appropriate team members
• Answer incoming inquiries and provide general support/assistance
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar
• Handle basic office administration tasks and support daily operations
• Assist with maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
• Support the team with follow-up and administrative projects
• Engage in customer conversations when appropriate (including identifying opportunities to help clients with insurance needs)
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front-office environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with clients in person and over the phone
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Ability to learn agency systems quickly and stay detail-oriented
• Insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life) preferred; willing to obtain is acceptable

Compensation $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
