⭐ Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Trach & Vent Care (Wayne, NJ)

Location: Wayne, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

Provide meaningful, life‑changing 1:1 pediatric care for a teen who relies on skilled nursing support. Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 15‑year‑old pediatric patient requiring trach and vent care in Wayne, NJ.

We are starting with weekend coverage, with opportunities to expand into additional weekday hours as the case grows. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who values steady, rewarding work and wants to build a long‑term relationship with a supportive family.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric trach and vent care — Ensure safe airway management, respiratory support, and daily comfort

• Monitor respiratory status, equipment, and safety throughout the shift

• Partner with the family and our pediatric clinical leadership team to deliver consistent, high‑quality care

⭐ Available Shifts

• Weekend coverage to start (Saturday & Sunday) Additional weekday hours may become available.

⭐ Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

⭐ What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred pediatric trach and vent experience

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
