Key responsibilities:
Work with the Tax Transformation team to bring work process improvement and digital AI/ automation ideas to live, with key activities including:
Plan and drive project activities towards achieving key timelines and milestones
Liaise with stakeholders to gather business and technology requirements/ specifications, including proposing ideas for stakeholders to consider towards achieving the intended improvements
Coordinate with stakeholders and technology risk management team to collate and submit timely input for technology risk management process
Apply digital/ technology skillsets where relevant to contribute towards technology development (e.g., LLMs, Python, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET)
Facilitate with user testing and quality assurance testing to ensure solutions are robust before going live
Support stakeholder change management, prepare guidance materials and communications, including conduct presentations where needed, to facilitate smooth project roll out to stakeholders
Contribute to the team’s knowledge management by updating work process, SOP guidance and training materials as you gain on the job exposures
Proactive in collaborating with people across business units in Tax and beyond to facilitate with stakeholder alignment
Apply agility to multitask projects, put on thinking cap to think from various stakeholders’ perspectives to facilitate with project communications and alignment

Ability to be agile in multi-tasking, and work in fast paced environment
