About the Role
Management Client Service Manager (MCSM) partners closely with Investment Representatives (IRs) to manage client relationships and deliver a broad range of private wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
Key Responsibilities
Trading & Execution Support (Primary Focus)
- Execute a wide range of banking and investment transactions, including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange (FX), OTC derivatives, mutual funds, alternative investments, deposits, and lending products.
- Conduct pre-trade suitability checks and ensure all required client disclosures are completed.
- Monitor and follow up on trade executions, process trade bookings, manage post-trade documentation, and oversee settlement activities.
- Monitor margin utilization and coordinate margin call management.
Client Service & Account Management
- Process clients' inward and outward asset transfer requests.
- Respond to client enquiries and address feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and prepare account opening documentation, perform KYC and due diligence reviews, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate account opening.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client profiles, documentation, and investment risk profiles to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle ad hoc client requests, including contact detail updates, portfolio statement requests, research report requests, and Matrix online registration.
Business Support & Process Improvement
- Provide administrative support to IRs, including client meeting coordination, business travel arrangements, and expense reimbursement.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
- Relevant client service experience within wealth management or private banking, including trade execution responsibilities.
- Experience executing high-volume, time-sensitive trade orders across multiple asset classes.
- Strong knowledge of private banking products, wealth management solutions, and related operational processes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Flexibility to support early morning, lunchtime, after-hours, and/or public holiday trading coverage when required.
