About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in leading daily operations, developing employees, and ensuring every guest receives the exceptional service that defines the S.N.O.B. experience. You will be responsible for creating a positive culture where team members feel supported, inspired, and empowered to succeed.

Requirements
Skills and Requirements:
- Value hospitality, excellence and integrity.
- Must have valid South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate. If you do not please visit: https://dor.sc.gov/alcohol-beverage-licensing-abl/recognized-training-programs to attain before applying.
- Works to recruit, develop, “coach and teach” the staff
- Build sales, control costs and help create memories for all our guests
- A training background, and solid P&L skills are a plus
- Candidate must be a true believer in the company and its product and be able to share their passion with our guests and colleagues
- Must be honest and genuine with an ownership-driven mentality and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Composed problem-solving ability
- Minimum 5 plus years comparable restaurant experience as a Manager
