We are looking for a Brand Manager Vitamins to support the growth and development of our Vitamins portfolio across Latin America. This role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with regional and local teams to execute brand strategies, support innovation initiatives, develop impactful campaigns, and contribute to the success of our brands across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
As Brand Manager, you will:
- Support the development and execution of regional brand strategies across LATAM markets.
- Partner with local marketing teams to create and implement brand plans that drive growth.
- Coordinate innovation projects and support the execution of the NPD pipeline.
- Assist in the development and adaptation of advertising campaigns and communication assets.
- Collaborate with media teams to ensure effective campaign deployment and performance tracking.
- Develop and localize marketing materials and campaign assets for regional markets.
- Support consumer research projects and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate artwork review and approval processes with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Regulatory teams to ensure compliance of labels, claims, and promotional materials.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, and external agencies
Why you?
Your Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Postgraduate studies or MBA are a plus.
Experience
- Solid experience in marketing, brand management, or related commercial roles.
- Experience supporting brands with consumer-facing communication campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Wellness categories is highly preferred.
- Regional or multi-market experience is a plus.
Skills
- Solid understanding of brand management principles and consumer marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
