York Hospital | Admin | Permanent | Part time
Salary £25,545 pro rata per annum
22.5 hours per week over 4 days

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Physiotherapy Administrator to support the smooth running of our Physiotherapy Department at York Hospital.
In this vital role, you’ll be a key member of our team, providing essential administrative support that enables our clinical staff to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
As our Physiotherapy Administrator you will:
Deliver high-quality administrative support to the department, using our electronic patient booking and clinical records systems
Manage appointment scheduling, telephone enquiries, and billing processes efficiently and professionally
Attend and actively contribute to planning and safety meetings as required
To succeed as a Physiotherapy Administrator, you will have:
Previous experience in administrative or healthcare support roles
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent telephone and customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient enquiries professionally, sensitively and efficiently
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail
An understanding of healthcare or clinical environments (desirable but not essential)
