Description
Client is seeking a Functional Head of Engineering to lead a division through a time of expansion and technology advancement.
We're looking for:
- Deep knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA, Box, System Integration) environment, including Manufacturing, Process, and Quality.
- Focus on the existing MES and Industrialization of the Factory.
- Assess and determine people and capital resources needed for a 30% increase in capacity.
- Foster a culture of Quality and Continuous Improvement.
- Familiarity with ITAR regulations and AS9100 Quality Standards.
- US Citizen required.
Compensation is above market, and relocation will be provided if needed.
