Job Description

• Ownership of the Europcar Leisure Segment main KPIs and targets in Spain and Portugal:

  • Responsible for the Profit and Loss from a marketing perspective.

  • Develop communication channels (reports) with the different departments that are involved for the development of the sales promotion and potentialization plan.

  • Establish sales scenarios based on the business opportunities identified.

• Product development:

  • Development of the Europcar B2C products offer, price positioning, contribution, promotion and Go to market full strategy, such as: Premium Brand Guaranteed, Model Choice, Bundles, Loyalty Program, Fleet catalog and flag models, Online Check-In…

  • Analyze and define the different customer profiles to adapt Europcar products to their needs.

  • Define the distribution channels that will be used to market.

  • Work with the Marketing, eCommerce, Fleet, Leisure Sales, Customer Service, Operations,  teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.

• Build marketing and commercial local action plan: 

  • Define and execute marketing action plan for Europcar in Portugal and Spain.

  • Strong collaboration with eCommerce team to deploy the product in digital platforms and customer journey.

  • Deploy and implement tactical marketing initiatives to reach expected business performances.

  • Collaborate with car manufacturers to deploy co-marketing actions locally.

• Deploy brand footprint locally: 

  • Execute marketing plans according to budget rising brand awareness and consideration.

  • Deploy and implement marketing initiatives to support brand awareness according to brand positioning.

  • Work in close collaboration with the eCommerce team to leverage additional business opportunities.

• Analytics and reporting:

  • Perfectly masters objectives for the Leisure business line, pilots results weekly and monthly, proposing an appropriate action plan.

  • Analyzes product and campaign performance to identify areas for development to achieve set objectives.

  • Analyzes market trends and customer insights.

  • Analyzes the performance and results of the business line by sales channel.

  • Participate actively to weekly Europcar “Specials” roundtable with RCM
