Florist

Presentail is a multi-country flower and gift delivery company with shops across Lebanon, the UAE, and Cyprus. We're hiring a Florist for our Business Bay, Dubai location to design and prepare beautiful floral arrangements for walk-in customers, corporate accounts, and same-day delivery orders.

Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange fresh flower bouquets, centerpieces, and gift baskets to order and for display
- Advise walk-in and phone customers on flower selection, occasions, and care
- Prepare orders accurately and on time for same-day delivery and pickup
- Maintain the freshness, condition, and presentation of flower stock and the shop display
- Process incoming flower deliveries, condition stems, and manage inventory
- Handle special orders for weddings, corporate events, and holidays
- Keep the workstation and cold storage clean and organized
- Operate the POS system and assist with basic sales transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a flower shop preferred
- Strong sense of design, color, and composition
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
