Description
We are hiring a Setup Operator (Die Change) to support press operations in a fast-paced metal stamping environment in Mississauga. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production presses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience).
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and tear down press dies safely and efficiently.
- Operate stamping equipment and maintain production standards.
- Perform start-up checks on machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic press issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain quality, scrap, and production records.
- Handle materials using forklifts, cranes, and lift equipment.
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of press operation experience.
- 2+ years of die change/setup experience.
- Forklift/crane experience is an asset.
