A Day in the Life

In this role you will be responsible for the development of and maintenance of quality programs primarily within Document Control and Training Process but will have opportunities to be involved with other QMS areas such as Corrective and Preventive Action, Supplier & Distributor Management, and Manage Compliance.

• Will be involved in performing review of Change Request within Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) System of Medtronic (MAP) ensuring request are compliant with both Medtronic’s System Use Standard and Good Documentation Practices.

• Foster good communication and stakeholder engagement on MAP Users within Americas and EurAsia region to establish a seamless transaction/working relationship with key stakeholders.

• Participate in improvement in benefit of the system/process involved either via projects and/or CAPA activities.

• Ensure compliance with policies and that the performance of Quality Services conform to established internal/external standard and guidelines.

• Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.

• Support audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.

• Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.

• Actively communicate and collaborate with process owners, learners, managers and other employees within the organization

• Provide support and training on applicable quality related subjects

• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement on quality aspects

• See opportunities for quality system and quality process improvements and work with teams in achieving targets

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• Bachelors of Science Degree with preference on degrees either in Engineering or Life Science.

• With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or must be knowledgeable with Quality Management System Processes mainly on basic/advance knowledge in Document Control or Good Documentation Practices.

• Must have good communication skills in English Language (both verbal and written)

• Knowledgeable in ISO and standards (9001:2015 and/or 13485:2016) good to have

• Knowledgeable in Project Management or Improvement Initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) good to have
