Warehouse Operations Associate

Description

EZMIX is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate to help keep our warehouse organized and daily operations running smoothly. You’ll work on the warehouse floor, help coordinate product storage, assist order pullers, and learn shipping procedures to provide backup coverage.

Responsibilities include:

• Move pallets and help determine where incoming products should be stored.
• Keep inventory organized and help order pullers locate products.
• Help maintain clean, accessible storage areas and aisles.
• Learn small-package shipping, including pulling and packing orders and completing shipping paperwork.
• Learn less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping paperwork and provide backup coverage when our regular shipping employee is off.
• Assist with daily warehouse needs and work with the team to keep orders moving.
• After training, open or close the warehouse when needed.

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with overtime available.

Requirements

• Forklift operating experience preferred. Current forklift certification is not required to apply.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with warehouse team members.
• Willingness to learn order pulling, packing, and small-package and LTL shipping paperwork.
• Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and help resolve day-to-day warehouse issues.
• Comfortable performing active, hands-on warehouse work and following safety procedures.
• Willingness to take on opening and closing responsibilities after training.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
