About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of our Securities Lending system. You will be responsible for building a scalable, robust platform that supports the full lifecycle of securities lending operations, ensuring compliance with global market regulations and delivering a seamless experience for our business teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Drive the product roadmap and system design for core securities lending modules, including inventory management, trade execution, contract lifecycle management, and interest/fee calculations.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with trading, clearing & settlement, and risk management teams to automate and streamline the end-to-end securities lending workflows.
- Market Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and market rules in major global markets (e.g., US, HK) to ensure system compliance and adaptability.
- Product Innovation: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously enhance our securities lending capabilities and support business growth.
