Head of Program CS Morocco

The Head of Program Management is responsible for leading program execution , ensuring successful product launches, achievement of project objectives, and strong collaboration across customers, suppliers and internal teams. The role also leads and develops the local Program Management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of programs and ensure flawless product launches according to agreed timing, quality, production and financial targets.
• Allocate program resources and assign Program Managers according to business needs.
• Drive the resolution of critical cross-functional issues and escalate major risks when required.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring regular communication on schedules, deliverables and action items.
• Monitor, control and report on program execution, performance and key metrics.
• Ensure consistent application of Program Management processes and alignment with global corporate standards.
• Lead program and gate reviews for assigned projects.
• Guide, manage and develop the Tanger Program Management team.
• Lead cross-regional coordination for international programs, including collaboration between customer, design and manufacturing regions.
• Support individual performance objectives and competency development within the team.

Qualifications

• Engineering, technical or equivalent educational background.
• More than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong experience in Project and Program Management.
• Proven management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
