Description
A growing commercial-stage biotechnology and laboratory testing company is seeking a remote U.S. Director of National Accounts to lead product adoption, revenue growth, and long-term value across major national reference laboratory customers. The role owns enterprise account strategy, senior customer relationships, and performance across complex, multi-site organizations.
The Director will build multi-year account plans, manage complex sales cycles and contracts, forecast revenue, and coordinate implementation with commercial, clinical, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and bring substantial progressive experience selling sophisticated clinical testing products to national or reference laboratory accounts, with demonstrated success growing and retaining complex enterprise customers.
