Facility Associate

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Facility Associate to join our Facility Services team at Maersk HQ in Copenhagen.

In this role, you will help create a welcoming, safe and well-organised workplace for colleagues, visitors and external partners. You will support several areas, including reception, front office, switchboard and floor hosting, while becoming part of an international working environment where collaboration and excellent service are highly valued.

What you will do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming visitors and assisting them with registration and directions
• Supporting reception, front office, switchboard and floor-hosting activities
• Answering and redirecting incoming telephone calls and emails
• Assisting colleagues with day-to-day workplace and administrative requests
• Supporting meeting room bookings, work orders and office supply arrangements
• Helping maintain tidy, functional and welcoming workspaces
• Coordinating flexible seating and hot-desking arrangements
• Arranging couriers and taxis when needed
• Supporting health, safety, security and fire-safety activities
• Assisting with workplace occupancy information and basic reporting
• Collaborating with internal teams, service providers and other stakeholders
• Supporting the team with various practical and administrative tasks

Who we are looking for

• Communicate confidently in both Danish and English
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Work in a structured way and have strong attention to detail
• Can maintain an overview while handling several tasks

• Communicate professionally with different people and stakeholders
• Remain calm and helpful, including in busy or challenging situations
• Enjoy working as part of a diverse and collaborative team

Experience from hospitality, retail, customer service, reception or a similar service-oriented role would be an advantage. However, your attitude, motivation and willingness to learn are equally important.
