ACCOUNTING CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions


• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks


• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software


• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

ACCOUNTING CLERK SKILLS

Strong skills in accounting support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, payment posting, and reconciliation. Experience with data entry, financial recordkeeping, and dealership accounting processes.

Knowledge of bookkeeping, general ledger support, and accounting software systems. Ability to maintain accuracy, manage financial documents, and support overall accounting operations in a dealership environment.
