The Financial Analyst will support Travel + Leisure Consumer Finance with operational data that will assist in increasing operational efficiencies, reducing risks, increasing process stability and helping drive customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position will help support data for other operational areas of the company, which include the Contact Center and Title Services. This position works collaboratively with all levels of management including the SLT to determine the nature of data available to answer the questions of the lines of business. The position is also focused on potential issues in data from our operating systems and look for ways to optimize SAS code and SAS recurring processes.

How You'll Shine:

• Monthly Data Reporting - Prepare ad-hoc and ongoing daily, weekly and monthly data analyses needed for operational reporting for all areas of Travel + Leisure Consumer Finance. This may also include providing support for other operational areas such as marketing and resort site operations.
• Analysis: Analyze operational area performance. Present the analysis with recommendations to Senior Leadership.
• Leadership: Lead projects & initiatives, works effectively with team members, ability to interact with all levels of organization.
  

Travel Requirements

• Position may require less than but no more than 5% travel in order to meet with various operational leaders across the company that oversee the multiple operational areas.
  

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business or like experience.
• Ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions; use unique and effective approaches for choosing a course of action and/or developing appropriate solutions.
• Ability to establish high standards for work and to complete self imposed and assigned tasks quickly and accurately.
• Effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• Must be customer-focused, service-oriented and highly collaborative
• Effective communications and interpersonal skills that promote open and trustworthy working relationships.
• Relational database experience, such as SAS or SQL.
• Advanced Excel required.
• 3 years of experience of proven financial, operational, budgeting or forecasting analysis.
  

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
