Our Baxter colleagues are united by our Mission to Save and Sustain Lives. Together, our community is driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.

Summary:

  • The role is a field-based medical expert responsible for engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) through scientific exchange, evidence sharing, and insight gathering to support medical and strategic objectives.
  • This role plays a key part in translating clinical data into practice, supporting internal teams with medical expertise, and strengthening Baxter scientific presence in the healthcare community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze clinical insights from the field to inform internal strategy, shape evidence generation priorities, and support commercial and cross-functional teams with real-world intelligence.
  • Develop and deliver internal medical training to commercial, market access, and cross-functional teams, strengthening internal capabilities on the therapeutic landscape and product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain strong KOL and speaker engagement, including planning and facilitating advisory boards, round-table scientific meetings, and speaker development initiatives to expand Baxter’s influence.
  • Drive evidence generation projects such as real-world studies and investigator-initiated research to address data gaps and support market development and access.
  • Ensure compliance and ethical standards in all medical activities, including the review of promotional materials, grants, and participation in cross-functional initiatives, serving as a key medical reviewer and gatekeeper.

Qualifications:

·       Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the maturity to navigate complex stakeholder networks and build trusted relationships with HCPs and internal teams.
