Summary:
As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. This role requires envisioning and structuring complex systems that integrate various business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving technologies and industry trends to enhance product offerings and user experiences. Collaboration with diverse teams to harmonize technical approaches and deliver innovative solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of architectural strategies that support business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive technology integration and alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oil and Gas Upstream.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure IT infrastructures within complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their application in upstream oil and gas operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative technology adoption.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
