Key Responsibilities:
As a Custom Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems or applications.

• Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Be a subject matter expert
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
• Take responsibility for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams
• Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize development processes and quality standards.,

This is a hybrid role with required 3 days a week on-site in Pennington, NJ. Role requires contractor time away (CTA), 5 days per quarter, as mandated by the client.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Java Full stack Development
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with AWS
• Associate's Degree
