Title: Parts Sales Rep - 125581

Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position

## Your Responsibilities

As a Parts Sales Rep for Waratah Forestry Attachments located in Kelso, Washington, you will:

• Be responsible for dealer parts order process within the United States and assist unit management in identifying emerging trends and parts forecasting
• Provide technical phone support and response to dealer branches for rush, machine down or stock parts orders
• Complete each part order from sale through invoicing and printing of the pick list
• Provide dealer assistance pertaining to part identification, substitutions, pricing and lead time
• Ensure dealer and customer orders are properly shipped and meet divisional metrics
• Unpack and store stock orders, maintain proper inventory locations and strict inventory management
• Enter all order receipts into the system
• Inventory Management Cylcle Counting

## What Skills You Need

• 3 to 5 years of Parts and Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of equipment dealers and other channels
• 3 or more years of experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access, project and other Microsoft tools
• Cross functional work experience in areas such as accounting, manufacturing operations, warehousing and/or distribution, supply management, marketing.
• Forklift experience

## What Makes You Stand Out

• 5 or more years of Heavy equipment parts experience
• 5 or more years of experience in parts operations, transportation, inventory management or marketing

## Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management or Supply Management discipline
