About the Role

 

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards established by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The Floor Supervisor also oversees Public Area Attendants and conducts daily inspections.

 

What You Will Do

 

·       Instruct Room Attendants to greet as many guests as possible by name.

·       Supervise assigned Room Attendants and their designated work areas.

·       Inspect all guest rooms (vacant and occupied) to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained and that all guest amenities and supplies are properly stocked. Report any issues to the Room Attendants.

·       Carefully inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms, ensuring that all special requests and amenities have been fulfilled.

·       Review and follow up on Maintenance and Runner service orders.

 

What You Bring

 

·       Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping in a luxury hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment preferred.

·       Technical degree, university studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or equivalent operational experience.

·       Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry processes, linen management, cleaning standards, and quality assurance programs.

·       Proven experience leading housekeeping teams while maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction standards.

·       Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

·       Experience conducting room inspections, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and addressing maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly.

·       Knowledge of housekeeping systems, inventory controls, chemical handling procedures, and departmental productivity management.

·       Experience managing schedules, payroll administration, staffing levels, uniforms, linen inventories, and operational supplies.

·       Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cleanliness, efficiency, and guest experience.

·       Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm, confident, and effective when handling guest concerns, team member issues, and operational challenges.

·       Demonstrated commitment to safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Schedule & Hours:

 

·       Full-time position

·       Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs
