Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. Use communication and computer skills to assist visitors, staff, and patients while reporting security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and patients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication regarding incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
